Delivery
Chefs Guide normally ships within one to two working days, with expected delivery being within 2-4 working days from the date of order placement.

In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we shall inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. Chefs Guide shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date, all dates being estimates only.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on location, weight of the product including packaging, volumetric weight if applicable and necessary insurance coverage and handling charges. Most item's over £250 nett qualify for free uk mainland-please check before ordering.

Cancellation
You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. You may do this by WRITTEN notice of cancellation to:-

When returning goods, please state your full name and address and the Returns Merchant Authorization number (RMA) you have been issued with to identify your order. Any order returned to us without this information will be refused. You have until the expiry of SEVEN WORKING DAYS (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and public holidays), starting with the day after the products are delivered, to exercise this right. If you exercise your right to cancel, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded not including your expense of returning the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must also take good care of the products until you return them and ship the product to us. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. All returns must be well packaged to protect items from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs in transit to Chefs Guide will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be charged to the customers account. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery. Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by Chefs Guide and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 20%. In this instance the cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.
Stock orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch without penalty.

Inspection/Return procedures
Customer shall inspect the products within 14 days of receipt, such period being confirmed by Customer to be a reasonable period to examine the products for defects or shortfalls, and notify Chefs Guide promptly of any non-conformance. Failure to notify Chefs Guide within that 14-day period will constitute acceptance of the products for all purposes. No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of Chefs Guide. Customers are responsible for returning products to Chefs Guide at their own risk and expense. Prior to returning product(s) to Chefs Guide the Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number from Chefs Guide by e-mailing info@chefsguide.co.uk or calling +44 (0)1922 453168 Chefs Guide shall not be responsible for failure of the delivery service to make on-time delivery. Customer must ship the product(s) to Chefs Guide in the original packaging, prepaid and insured, with the RMA number clearly identified on the packaging. Any product(s) returned to Chefs Guide shall become the property of Chefs Guide. Chefs Guide determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturers warranty; Chefs Guide reserves the right to charge the Customer for the product(s).
